1• YOU OVERESTIMATE YOUR COMPETENCE IN HEELS
High heels are the most difficult shoes to wear. You need to practice to master them. So often times wear your heels at home, to work or just for a walk so you can improve your competence.
2• YOU OVERLOOK YOUR WEAKNESSES IN HIGH HEELS
Instead of ignoring the pain, listen to what your feet and body are trying to tell you? The pain of your body’s way of saying what it doesn’t want so don’t overlook it but rather study it.
3• YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO WALK IN HEELS
When you walk in high heels you need to pay attention to your body.
Is your posture strong and right? Do you walk from heel to toe? Are your steps big or small? Are your legs straight?
4• YOU ARE NOT USED TO WEARING HEELS
You can’t go from wearing sneakers all your life into jumping in the stilettos.
Chill baby… Give your feet some time to adjust to heels. Build your way up!
See you soon❤️

Jessica
